As a Registered Nurse and fitness teacher, I appreciate what it takes to have a vibrant life here in New York City. This includes work that supports my values, time to enjoy my family and friends all over the country, plus exciting traveling that includes yearly European trips with my artistic husband.

I specialize in helping professionals stay out of the "stress" zone: allergens, fatigue, being overweight, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. These professionals want to feel better now, avoid the illness and the drugs of the medical maze.
